Train Services
Via Rail
operates a daily service between Victoria and Courtney (part way up Vancouver
Island). This is a great way to see some of the beauty of the Island and avoid
the busy Island Highway. Many Victoria residents, take Via Rail to Chemainus,
spend the day shopping or touring and then return on the evening run. The train
leaves Victoria each morning around 8:15 a.m.
