north of Victoria on Hwy 17 (Pat Bay Highway)...5km north of Sidney by the
Sea. Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay (car and passenger, passenger, bus) takes about
1 hour and 40 minutes, plus about 40 minutes from Swartz Bay into Victoria.

State Ferries
Annacortes Washington to Sidney B.C. takes a
leisurely trip through the beautiful San Juan Islands. Total trip time is
about 3 hours and another 20-30 minutes from Sidney into Victoria.
The M.V.Coho
travels from Port Angeles Washington to Victoria's Inner Harbour in the centre
of downtown Victoria on Belleville Street. Travellers should be in Port Angeles
well ahead of the departure time to ensure boarding. The trip takes about
1.5 hours across the Juan de Fuca Strait.
The Victoria
Express only runs between May and October and is a passenger
only ferry. The trip from Port Angeles across Juan de Fuca Strait takes about
1 hour and finishes at Victoria's Inner Harbour.
The Victoria
Clipper leaves from the Dallas Road Ogden Point Breakwater. The
Victoria Clipper travels from Seattle Washington's Pier 69 to Victoria's Inner
Harbour and takes about 2.5 hours. This is a passenger only catamaran.
